These Terms govern your use of GhCyberPrep. By using our platform, you agree to these terms, including our subscription policies, acceptable use guidelines, and liability limitations. This summary is for convenience only. Please read the full terms below.
By accessing or using GhCyberPrep (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password • You agree not to share your account credentials • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • You are responsible for all activities under your account • One account per person; multiple accounts may be terminated
We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication when available. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
GhCyberPrep offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing.
• Free Plan: Register and onboard; access to quizzes, flashcards, and Cyber Law case browser. No access to past questions, AI research topics, timetables, exam schedules, notices, blogs, or progress analytics. • Paid plans (Monthly GH₵50, Quarterly GH₵200 every 4 months, Yearly GH₵600): Full access to past questions, AI-powered research topics, timetables, exam schedules, notice board, blogs, and progress analytics. Plan features and pricing may change with notice to subscribers.
• All fees are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle • We accept mobile money and card payments via Paystack • Failed payments may result in service suspension • You authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds or credits at our sole discretion, particularly for: • Technical issues preventing service access • Billing errors • First-time subscribers within 7 days of initial payment
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may NOT: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Infringe upon intellectual property rights • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Harass, abuse, or harm another user • Impersonate any person or entity • Share account credentials with others • Use the Service for cheating or academic dishonesty • Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service • Reverse engineer or decompile our software • Use automated tools without our permission
Any content you submit must: • Be accurate and not misleading • Not be defamatory, obscene, or offensive • Not infringe upon third-party rights • Comply with applicable laws
GhCyberPrep serves all files through an in-browser viewer. Direct file downloads are intentionally disabled as a security measure. The platform does not provide files in a directly downloadable form.
Users who circumvent the in-browser viewer through any technical means (including but not limited to browser developer tools, network interception software, or automated scripts) do so entirely at their own risk. Taurean IT Logistics accepts no liability for any harm, damage, or data loss resulting from files obtained through unauthorised means. By using the platform, you indemnify Taurean IT Logistics against any such claim. Uploaded content is provided by third-party contributors. GhCyberPrep does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, or integrity of content accessed outside the platform's approved viewing mechanism.
All interactions with AI features on GhCyberPrep are monitored for safety and quality purposes. Submitted content (including questions, document text, and inputs to any AI tool) is automatically screened for patterns consistent with prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, instruction override, and other forms of AI abuse.
The platform reserves the right to: • Flag, log, and retain any interaction deemed suspicious • Restrict or suspend access to AI features for any user whose interactions consistently trigger abuse detection criteria • Permanently terminate an account without refund where a pattern of deliberate abuse is established Users who knowingly attempt to manipulate, deceive, or bypass the AI systems (including attempts to extract system prompts, override safety guidelines, or elicit prohibited outputs) may be subject to account termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
To protect the platform and its users, uploaded files may be submitted to third-party security services, including VirusTotal (a Google LLC service), for malware and threat analysis. This analysis may involve transmitting a cryptographic hash of the file, or in some cases the file content itself, to these services.
By uploading a file to GhCyberPrep, you explicitly consent to this analysis. Files that are flagged as malicious will be quarantined and removed. Continued use of the platform following notification of this policy constitutes ongoing consent.
This is disclosed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. If you object to this processing, you must not upload files to the platform.
Automated access to the platform, including scraping, spidering, scripted downloading, or systematic harvesting of content, without the prior written consent of Taurean IT Logistics is strictly prohibited.
Users who engage in such conduct: • Violate these Terms of Service and may have their accounts terminated immediately • May be in violation of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (UK), the Electronic Communications Act 2000 (Ghana), and equivalent legislation in their jurisdiction • Expose themselves to civil and criminal liability Taurean IT Logistics reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals or entities found to be engaging in unauthorised automated access.
The GhCyberPrep platform, along with its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Taurean IT Logistics and its affiliated entities, including the GhCyberPrep product. All content and materials provided through the Service are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Taurean IT Logistics reserves all rights not expressly granted. Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of the platform's content or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
All quizzes, flashcards, study materials, designs, logos, and other content provided through the Service are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., custom quizzes, notes). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for operating and providing the Service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results from using the Service will be accurate • The Service will meet your specific requirements • Any errors will be corrected
GhCyberPrep is a supplementary educational tool. We do not guarantee: • Specific academic outcomes or grades • Accuracy of all educational content • Completeness of course coverage • Alignment with specific curricula You are responsible for verifying information and should not rely solely on our Service for academic success.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHCYBERPREP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruption or computer damage • Cost of substitute services • Any other intangible losses
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GhCyberPrep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
• Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Your content submitted to the Service
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
• Breach of these Terms • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees • At our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation between the parties and their representatives 2. The courts of Ghana if negotiation fails
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
• Posting the updated Terms on the Service • Sending an email to registered users • Displaying a prominent notice on our website
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
